Higher Hartor Tor sits in the upper Plym valley, a short walk from its sibling, Lower Hartor Tor. It is a scattering of rocks with a couple of more distinctive outcrops. Views all around are good and this shot, taken shortly after sunrise, shows off the view West towards Sheeps Tor.
Like my visit to the lower tor, I approached this tor from the car park south of Princetown near Nuns Cross. Its a fairly straightforward walk up a track past Eylesbarrow and then Higher Hartor Tor comes into view. Bear left off the path and approach the tor, which is a little way over some easy terrain.
