Langworthy tor sits on the southern slopes of Hameldown. It is not a spectacular tor by any standard, being quite low lying and not easy to spot from the path. It is surrounded by low gorse and, when I visited, I ended up with scratched legs.
All that said, the views from here are worth of a visit. The site is relatively elevated, being on the slopes of Hameldown. It offers pleasant views to the west and southwest over the distant moor.
